Our Lady of Hope Clinic Newsletter, the Herald [October 2011]
Our Lady of Hope Clinic provides 24/7 DIRECT access to a personal physician, unlimited clinic visits, same-day scheduling, and extended appointment times for an annual or monthly contribution that supports its mission of providing free primary care to uninsured members of the community.
Restoring the Doctor-Patient Relationship Español
Your personal physician will work with you to create a preventative and healthy lifestyle plan that is tailored to your specific needs. You and your doctor are in charge of your health—not your medical insurance provider because Our Lady of Hope Clinic does not accept or bill for medical insurance. This concierge model of care empowers patients - not insurance companies - to take charge of their own care. Busy schedules, high co-pays and costly premiums are no longer obstacles to excellent primary care. And patients never receive a bill or pay a co-pay at Our Lady of Hope Clinic. Benefactors pay only an annual fee, which may be paid in monthly installments.
Compassionate Care for Those in Need Español
Each year, about one in nine Wisconsinites goes without health insurance for all or part of the year. Without access to basic health care, manageable conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol often go untreated until they turn into serious problems that result in preventable emergency room visits or hospitalizations.
The support of our benefactors makes it possible for us to give the majority of our visits away for free to those who lack access to primary care.
Mission Statement Español
Our mission is to serve the community of Madison by establishing a self-sustaining non-profit organization for the delivery of free outpatient healthcare to uninsured persons ineligible for county, state or federal welfare programs, consistent with Catholic health care tradition.
